For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed drawing, and it’s never really mattered with what or on what; it’s simply fun and challenging for me to get what’s in my head onto paper. I started drawing with pencil very early in life, then started working with pen and ink, and eventually started working with markers. I dabble in painting from time to time, but it’s tough for me to stay into it; drawing seems to be what I always come back to. I learned to draw by replicating existing images purely by hand, aiming for photo-realistic detail and accuracy by eye; now I usually develop works either from scratch or by combining several images, sometimes completely by hand, but more frequently with the help of a computer to explore options before settling on a way ahead and then progressing free-hand.
